BREAKING NEWS for the Au Sable River!

BREAKING NEWS–Grayling, MI

Huron Pines is ecstatic to report that the State of Michigan’s Natural Resource Trust Fund (MNRTF) Board has just approved $3.1 million in funding for the acquisition of 1,020 acres on the Upper Au Sable River. The project has received a large amount of community support from Crawford County, Frederic Township, the Grayling Chamber of Commerce and many other businesses and partners. This piece of land is bordered by DNR owned properties, making it a key piece in connecting important wildlife habitat.
