Breathwork and Stretching at Hubbard Lake Nature Preserve
Breathwork and Stretching: Explore the way our bodies respond to stressors and learn how to use breath to control our responses. We will also explore gentle stretches to aid in flexibility that can be used in conjunction with breathing exercises to help us deal with stress, prepare for a walk in the woods, and take in all that nature can give. We’ll run this program outside, so be prepared and dressed for the weather. Bring a towel, yoga mat and whatever you need to be comfortable on the forest floor and a willingness to connect.
