Nonprofit Leaders Series: Volunteer Recruitment & Management Workshop

Regional Nonprofit Leaders Series Volunteer Workshop in Gaylord: Give your nonprofit organization’s volunteer program a boost by developing an action plan for the recruitment, retention, and supervision of volunteers. Participants will use workshop time to better define their volunteer needs and identify target audiences. Combining education, work time, and collaborative discussion, each participant will leave with a clearly defined action plan for their organization.

Led by Katie Trotter, a consultant for Op-Art, a consulting firm that looks at the “Art” of “Operations” within organizations and seeks to help them excel. She has a decade of experience in the non-profit sector and specializes in project leadership, facilitation, and volunteer development.

Advance registration is required here. Class size is limited to 30 people. We ask that no more than 3 people from any one organization/location sign up for the workshop.

The Regional Nonprofit Leaders Series is presented by Huron Pines, Otsego Community Foundation and Community Foundation for Northeast Michigan.
