Guided Snowshoe Hike at Hubbard Lake Preserve
Join Huron Pines for a guided snowshoe hike at Hubbard Lake Preserve. The family-friendly event will begin with a brief welcome and introduction. Participants will learn about the history, geology, ecology and management of the preserve over the course of a one-hour hike. Spring Salamander Survey
Join Huron Pines for our first ever Spring Salamander Survey at Emily Min Hunt Preserve. This family-friendly event will include a short walk to one of the preserve’s wetlands where participants will assist Huron Pines staff in collecting salamanders and taking measurements. No prior experience is necessary. Participants should be prepared for wet conditions and to be outdoors for the duration of the event.
