Huron Pines is accepting applications for Heartland Restoration Technicians for the 2025 field season.
These are full-time seasonal positions based in Gaylord, Michigan, with employment running from May 5 to Nov. 13, 2025.
Heartland Restoration Technicians will implement a variety of habitat restoration projects across aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems across Northern Michigan’s interior counties. They will complete tasks on behalf of the Huron Heartland Invasive Species Network (HHISN), a collaboration of local, state & federal partners working together to address invasive species concerns across five counties of Northern Lower Michigan.
These positions include a four-day work week, 42 hours’ accrued PTO and potential for an end-of-season bonus.
