Huron Pines is accepting applications for a Lead Restoration Technician and an Aquatic Technician.
These are full-time seasonal positions based in Alpena, Michigan, with employment running from March to November 2025.
Both the Lead Restoration Technician and Aquatic Technician will implement a variety of habitat restoration projects across aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, with a focus on the unique habitats along Lake Huron’s coastline. They will complete tasks on behalf of the Huron Coastal Invasive Species Network (HCISN), a collaboration of local, state & federal partners working together to address invasive species concerns across six counties of Northeast Lower Michigan.
These positions include a four-day work week, 48 hours’ paid time off and potential for an end-of-season bonus.
